Adult School Diploma Program

It’s not too late to earn your high school diploma!

Vacaville Adult School provides an academic environment and support to help you earn your high school diploma and reach that goal. Adults who wish to enroll will need to report to the scheduled registration days listed below.  Please arrive promptly at scheduled registration time.  If you are a new student, please bring a copy of your most recent transcript to registration.

The registration process will consist of two components:

1.  Registration/Orientation

2.  CASAS Testing.

The registration/orientation process will last approximately one (1) hour.  Registration will consist of completion of all registration paperwork and a short orientation.  During registration, all students will be given a CASAS test date.  ALL students are required to complete CASAS testing in order to be eligible to enroll in classes.  Please allow up to two (2) hours for CASAS Testing. If you have any questions about the registration process, or if you are unable to make your scheduled registration day, please call 707-453-6018.

Beginning Fall 2019 we will be having open enrollment throughout the first 6 weeks of class (space permitting).  Students must CASAS test prior to beginning any class.  Our testing center will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:00pm-8:00pm.  Please be aware:  Students who start late may not be able to complete all five credits.  The number of credits earned will depend on total hours completed per class.  Please see table below:

All classes held at Muzetta Thrower Adult Education Center (Country High School).

Effective the 2018/2019 school year, Adult Education classes will begin running on the semester system. We will also offer the option to take multiple classes per day.  Please see "Fall Semester" and "Spring Semester" for course offerings.
